Light and strong aluminum pipe in weldable material. Suitable for engine compartments and chassies for transportation of air and water . Pipe end hose beads which make the tube extra strong when installing silicone hose with hose clamps. When welding, the surface treatment must be sanded away.

Welding:
The 2 mm aluminium pipes can easily be welded together. Just remove the surface protection and clean the pipe. Now you can weld together the T6063 aluminium to a nice radius pressure pipe or other application where you need to route air or water.

Assembly examples:
The aluminium tubes can be assembled in different ways with different accessories as help.
You can assemble your system with silicone hose and hose clamps. This is the easiest and most economical way but you have to use a silicone hose between every tube as a joint.
You can also weld the tubes together and only use silicone hose in both ends. This will look professional and give you less joints in the system.
The silicone hose will compensate for movements between the mounting locations as the silicone hose is flexible.
There is also an option where you can use Hurricane clamps instead of silicone hose as shown in the picture above. This is the best and safest way of building your system but this application need more attention when assembled the first time. Afterwards you can remove and attach the piping in seconds. There are both flexible and firm Hurricane clamps avalible depending on application.
Pipe bead:
This bead can be found in both ends on all the polished 2mm aluminium pipes. It bring strength to the light tube when clamping a silicone hose over it. And it prevents the silicone hose to pop off at high boost levels. The pipe bead can also be cut off for welding.
